Superman catches an old woman falling. She wraps her arms around Superman's thick neck, can get close to hero's powerful body as planned... Taking this opportunity, she brings out a white ball and eggs to Superman's mighty muscular chest!

The ball crashes, stuffing black substance sticks to "S" emblem covering diesel pectoral of the Man of Steel.
The gungy dark liquid spreads almost all of his costume, it coats even Superman's bare skin, face and hands. The old woman was a disguise of Misa, she dashes gunge called Solar Leech to Superman's body which sucks and prevents sunlight and energy of yellow sun.
The gunky liquid can absorb the energy even pooled in the body of the Man of Steel. Drained by the dark substance, Superman can't keep flying, and crashes to the ground.
Without the energy from yellow sun, Superman barely bear his muscular body on his hands and knees. His face still covered with the black gunge, all Superman can do is to grovel unwieldily.
Powerless Man of Steel is at the mercy of his deadly foes, clobbered by Riots, blown by Barrage, and beaten by Maxima.
Covered by the gunge, Superman lays his well-muscled but emasculated body helplessly as fleshy punching bag besieged by villains, Superman Revenge Squad.

thoroughly wrapped

Protex, the white Martian, changes his shape into thin white monster to attack Superman.

Our mighty hero is screwed up in the adhesive white substance, all he can do is to suffer in his struggle.
The muscular body of the man of steel is totally wrapped and covered, even his super power can't break diabolical white coating. His body is under the control of the villain.

surrounded by aliens

The Man of Steel is besieged by Aliens in their lair.

Grotesque creatures attack Superman with their inner mouths, craws and sharp tails, even the Man of Steel is forced to defend with all his powers.

During their battle, eggs of the Aliens start hatching.
A hatched face hugger recognizes Superman as its host, it pounces his mighty chest, reaches for his face.

beaten violently

The Man of Steel is blasted by supersonic attack, his face is stuck to the wall by the monster's thrust.

The superpowered alien, Subjekt-17, bops Superman with his brutal fists, and stomps hero again and again.

in the nightmare

Superman slowly comes to himself...

The Man of Steel finds that his powerful body is trapped in spread-eagled position in front of a villainess, the Raven.
In the nightmare dominated by Raven, all he can do is to expose his helpless body to his enemy.

shot and slashed

Two bounty hunters fiddle their preys, Superman and Batman. While Sculphunter grabs the cowl of the Dark Knight to bare his throat, Jonah aims at the head of the Man of Steel.

Finally merciless hunters finish their games. Sculphunter slashes the throat of Batman, Jonah fires kryptonite bullet through Sperman's temple.

Jonah Hex fires kryptonite bullets at the back of the Man of Steel.

Weakened Superman is shot again and again like a shooting target.

caged like animals

Superman and Batman are both caged like animals. Trying to break bars, two superheroes clutch them with the brawny arms, but their muscles are worthless.

This picture is a cover of Superman/Batman #16. Although this scene is not appeared, Superman and Batman are defeated by other way in this issue. I will show you them in the next three posts.

under the green radiation

Under the radiation of the deadly kryptonite, Superman suffers in pain with his muscular forearms and lower legs manacled solidly on the metallic chair. The villain grabs Superman's hair to show his triumph.

Helpless Man of Steel has one hope to be rescued by Justice League. However, his only hope is destroyed when he sees his fellow Justice Leagers, Flash, Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, captured.

Punched by the victorious villain, weakened superhero bends his neck down on the chair.
Green kryptonite illuminates every square inch of superman's muscular but now limp body to keep him weakened and suffer.

beaten by Wonder Woman

Superman is attacked from behind by Wonder Woman, his head is brutally beaten by her bracelets. The Man of Steel cries in agony putting his hands on his head.

Without taking a single breath, Supe is kicked on the side of his head, is heeled on his hamstring, and is crashed on the ground by strong punch on his face.

Ragged Superman is getting his knee with his famous red-blue-yellow costume tattered. However, he is blown away by massive kick.

Wonder Woman points triumphantly at defeated Superman.

a small green gem

Superman turns green with fear when he finds his opponent with a spall of green kryptonite.

The Man of Steel trembles all over with pain and drops his knee in the green radiation.
His foe treads weakened Superman's face into the ground.
The victorious villain grabs helpless hero by his neck and laughs at miserable superhero.
He drags powerless Superman to his hide-out where more deadly sufferings awaits.
